60 ml Volcanic Vodka 10 ml dry vermouth Ice Lemon twist or an olive, to garnish

Method

Add the vodka and dry vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or an olive.

Method

Gently muddle the basil leaves with the simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin, lime juice and ice. Shake until well chilled, then fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf

Method

Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass and pour over the whisky. Let it chill briefly, then sip slowly. As the ice melts, notice how the whisky’s aromas and flavours evolve.
